What is Monitr?
Monitr is MRVL's brand intelligence platform. It tracks app store reviews, social mentions, and PR signals across every channel in real time — so you always know what people are saying about your brand before it becomes a trend.
Which channels does Monitr track?
Monitr currently tracks App Store reviews (iOS), Google Play reviews (Android), and social mentions. More channels are being added — vote on the community board to prioritise what's next.
How do I connect my app?
Log into the Monitr dashboard, go to Settings → Connected Apps, and add your App Store or Google Play app ID. Monitr will start pulling reviews within minutes.
I'm not receiving alerts. What's wrong?
Check your alert settings under Settings → Notifications. Make sure your email or Slack webhook is configured and that alert thresholds aren't set too high. If the issue persists, email us at
support@mrvltechnologies.com.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Go to Settings → Billing → Cancel Subscription in the Monitr dashboard. Your access continues until the end of the current billing period.
